Performance Appraisal (“SPAR”)
– Performance Management
In a bid to improve performance
management and communication,
we introduced the two-way joint
agreement between superiors and
staff in e-SPAR. This will serve as a
motivation for both the appraiser
and the appraised to cultivate an
open communication culture, where
feedback is always welcomed. KPJ
has made it its mission to provide all
employees with an opportunity to
discuss their performance and
career development. We believe this
create a more harmonious and
conducive working environment.
