DATUK AZZAT KAMALUDIN

Datuk Azzat Kamaludin, aged 70, was
appointed to the Board of Directors on
1 September 1994 as an Independent
Non-Executive Director. He is also a
member of the Audit Committee as well
as the Nomination and Remuneration
Committee of KPJ.
Datuk Azzat served as an administrative
and diplomatic officer with the Ministry
of Foreign Affairs from 1970 to 1979. A
lawyer by training, he was admitted as
an advocate and solicitor of the High
Court in 1979 and has been in practice
as partner of Azzat and Izzat, a law firm.
He currently serves as Director of
several public-listed companies, namely,
Boustead Holdings Berhad, BHIC Berhad
and Axiata Group Berhad.
Other than as disclosed, he does not
have family relationships with any
Director and/or major shareholder of
KPJ. He has no personal interest in any
business arrangement involving KPJ and
has not been convicted for any offences.
