We refer to the announcements dated 19 August 2008, 4 September 2008, 3 February 2009 and 25 February 2009 in respect of the Proposed Disposals.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of KPJ, AmInvestment Bank Berhad, a member of AmInvestment Bank Group, wishes to announce that the solicitors for the Proposed Disposals has confirmed via their letter dated 27 March 2009 (which was received on 30 March 2009), that all the conditions precedent as provided under the separate sale and purchase agreements and supplemental letters (dated 19 August 2008 and 4 September 2008 respectively) have been fulfilled for the following properties:-

(a) Bukit Mertajam Specialist Hospital Building;
(b) Damai Specialist Hospital Building;
(c) Tawakal Hospital Existing Building; and
(d) Taiping Medical Centre Building.

The solicitors had in the same letter confirmed that all conditions precedent as provided under the letter of offer, revised letter of offer and supplemental letter (dated 18 August 2008, 4 September 2008 and 3 February 2009 respectively) have been fulfilled for KPJIC Building.
