KPJ HEALTHCARE BERHAD (“KPJ” OR “COMPANY”) NOTICE TO HOLDERS OF WARRANTS 2010/2015 (“WARRANT HOLDERS”) IN RELATION TO THE EXPIRY AND LAST DATE FOR THE EXERCISE OF WARRANTS 2010/2015 (“NOTICE”)
The Board of Directors of KPJ wishes to announce that pursuant to the terms and conditions stipulated in the deed poll dated 29 October 2009 constituting the warrants 2010/2015 (“Warrants”) as supplemented from time to time (“Deed Poll”), the subscription rights of the Warrants will expire at 5.00 p.m. on Saturday, 10 January 2015. As this expiry date falls on a non-Market Day, the last date and time for the exercise of the Warrants pursuant to the Deed Poll will be at 5.00 p.m. on Monday, 12 January 2015.
The Notice will be despatched to all Warrant Holders on Wednesday, 10 December 2014.
