Remarks :
As required under Rule 96 of the Constitution of KPJ or the Company, the Managing Director, Ahmad Shahizam Mohd Shariff, who was appointed on 1 July 2020, retired at the 27th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held today. However, due to insufficient time from his appointment date of 1 July 2020 to meet the requirement of 28 days notice for this AGM, no resolution was tabled for his retirement and re-election.
The Board of Directors of KPJ, subsequent after the AGM convened today, had agreed to re-appoint Ahmad Shahizam Mohd Shariff as the Managing Director of the Company with immediate effect.
