PROPOSED LEASING OF A HOSPITAL BUILDING BY PASIR GUDANG SPECIALIST HOSPITAL SDN BHD (COMPANY NO.: 876830-H), A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF KPJ, FROM JOHOR LAND BERHAD (COMPANY NO.: 12379-K) AND AMANAHRAYA TRUSTEES BERHAD (COMPANY NO.: 766894-T) (PROPOSAL)
We refer to our earlier announcement dated 17 October 2016.
The Board of Directors of KPJ wishes to announce that the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary company Pasir Gudang Specialist Hospital Sdn Bhd, had on 26 August 2019, entered into a Lease Agreement with Johor Land Berhad (Company No. 12379-K) and AmanahRaya Trustees Berhad (Company No.: 766894-T) for the proposed leasing of a hospital building and the land to be known as “KPJ Batu Pahat Specialist Hospital” subject to the terms and conditions as contained in the lease agreement.
