KPJ HEALTHCARE BERHAD ("KPJ" OR THE "COMPANY") PROPOSED SHARE SPLIT INVOLVING THE SUBDIVISION OF EVERY 1 ORDINARY SHARE IN KPJ INTO 4 ORDINARY SHARES IN KPJ HELD ON AN ENTITLEMENT DATE TO BE DETERMINED AND ANNOUNCED LATER ("PROPOSED SHARE SPLIT")
We refer to the announcements dated 20 April 2017, 19 May 2017, 9 June 2017 and 21 June 2017 in relation to the Proposed Share Split. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the announcement dated 20 April 2017 shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 3 July 2017, resolved to grant KPJ an extension of time up to 4 August 2017 for the issuance of the circular to shareholders in relation to the Proposed Share Split.
