KPJ HEALTHCARE BERHAD ("KPJ" OR "COMPANY") PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF AN OFFICE PREMISE IN KOTA BHARU BY PERDANA SPECIALIST HOSPITAL SDN BHD ("PSHSB"), A SUBSIDIARY OF KPJ, FROM KTC CONVENTION AND APARTMENT SDN BHD ("KTC") FOR A TOTAL CASH CONSIDERATION OF RM6,800,000 ("PROPOSED ACQUISITION")
The Board of Directors of KPJ wishes to announce that the Company’s subsidiary PSHSB had, on 11 June 2017, entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with KTC for the proposed acquisition of an office premise in Kota Bharu, Kelantan.
