KPJ HEALTHCARE BERHAD ("KPJ" OR THE "COMPANY") PROPOSED SHARE SPLIT INVOLVING THE SUBDIVISION OF EVERY 1 ORDINARY SHARE IN KPJ INTO 4 ORDINARY SHARES IN KPJ HELD ON AN ENTITLEMENT DATE TO BE DETERMINED AND ANNOUNCED LATER ("PROPOSED SHARE SPLIT")
We refer to the announcement dated 20 April 2017 in relation to the Proposed Share Split. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcement shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the application for the Proposed Share Split and the listing of and quotation for the Additional Warrants and the new KPJ Shares to be issued arising from the exercise of the Additional Warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Securities was submitted to Bursa Securities on 19 May 2017.
