KPJ HEALTHCARE BERHAD ("KPJ" OR THE "COMPANY") PROPOSED SHARE SPLIT INVOLVING THE SUBDIVISION OF EVERY 1 ORDINARY SHARE IN KPJ INTO 4 ORDINARY SHARES IN KPJ HELD ON AN ENTITLEMENT DATE TO BE DETERMINED AND ANNOUNCED LATER ("PROPOSED SHARE SPLIT")
On behalf of the Board of Directors of KPJ, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a proposed share split involving the subdivision of every 1 ordinary share in KPJ into 4 ordinary shares in KPJ held on an entitlement date to be determined and announced later.
