The Board of Directors of KPJ wishes to announce that the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary company, PSH, had on 17 October 2016, entered into an Agreement To Lease (“ATL”) with JLand and Johor Corporation (“JCorp”) for the proposed development and leasing of a hospital building and the land to be known as the “KPJ Batu Pahat Specialist Hospital” (“Proposed Hospital”).
