PROPOSED ACQUISITION BY KUMPULAN PERUBATAN (JOHOR) SDN BHD ("KPJSB"), A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF KPJ, OF THE ENTIRE EQUITY INTERESTS IN CROSSBORDER HALL (M) SDN BHD AND CROSSBORDER AIM (M) SDN BHD, WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARIES OF AL-`AQAR HEALTHCARE REIT("PROPOSED ACQUISITION")
We refer to the announcements dated 31 March 2015, 23 June 2015, 9 July 2015 and 2 November 2015 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition (“Announcements”) and the Circular to shareholders of the Company dated 24 June 2015 (“Circular”).
Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements and the Circular.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of KPJ, AmInvestment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Proposed Acquisition had been completed on 16 December 2015 following the receipt by the Trustee of the Balance Purchase Consideration of RM5.07 million (i.e. being the final purchase consideration of RM5.17 million less the deposit) and repayment of the Al-Aqar’s shareholders’ advances in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SPA.
