(I) PROPOSED DISPOSAL; AND
(II) PROPOSED LEASEBACK
(COLLECTIVELY BE REFERRED TO AS "PROPOSALS")
We refer to the announcements dated 19 March 2015, 14 May 2015, 23 June 2015, 9 July 2015 and 29 September 2015 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”) and the circular to shareholders dated 24 June 2015 (“Circular”).
Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Announcements and the Circular.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of KPJ, AmInvestment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Proposed Disposal has been completed following the receipt of the balance purchase consideration of RM4.15 million by SSHSB and transfer of beneficial ownership of the SSH Land from SSHSB to the Trustee.
