PROPOSED ACQUISITION BY KUMPULAN PERUBATAN (JOHOR) SDN BHD, A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF KPJ, OF THE ENTIRE EQUITY INTERESTS IN CROSSBORDER HALL (M) SDN BHD AND CROSSBORDER AIM (M) SDN BHD, WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARIES OF AL-`AQAR HEALTHCARE REIT ("PROPOSED ACQUISITION")
We refer to the announcements dated 31 March 2015, 23 June 2015 and 9 July 2015 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition (“Announcements”) and the Circular to shareholders of the Company dated 24 June 2015 (“Circular”).
Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements and the Circular.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of KPJ, AmInvestment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the parties to the Crossborder SSA had on 30 October 2015 exchanged letters to extend the cut-off date by an additional three (3) months to 31 January 2016 for the fulfilment of the conditions precedent.
