We refer to the earlier announcements in relation to the Proposals (“Earlier Announcements”) and the Circular to the shareholders of the Company dated 24 June 2015 (“Circular”). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Earlier Announcements and the Circular. On behalf of the Board of Directors of KPJ, AmInvestment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the Proposed Disposal has become unconditional on 19 October 2015 following the receipt of the relevant stamp duty office endorsement via the adjudication notice dated 19 October 2015 which confirms that the Memorandum of Transfer of the Properties are exempted from payment of ad valorem stamp duty pursuant to Stamp Duty (Exemption) (No. 4) Order 2004. This announcement is dated 20 October 2015.
