Further to the announcements made on 26 July 2013, 14 August 2013, 20 September 2013, 24 September 2013, 30 September 2013, 12 December 2013, 13 January 2014, 7 May 2014, 13 August 2014, 7 October 2014 and 21 January 2015, the Board of Directors of KPJ wishes to announce that the Honourable Judges, YAA Tan Sri Dato' Seri Md Raus Sharif, YAA Tan Sri Dato' Seri Zulkefli Bin Ahmad Makinuddin, YA Tan Sri Ahmad Bin Haji Maarop, YA Tan Sri Hassan Bin Lah and YA Dato' Azahar Bin Mohamed today unanimously dismissed the Application for Leave to appeal to the Federal Court of the Applicants against the decision of the Court of Appeal dated 12 December 2013 with cost of RM20,000.00 and ordered that the deposit to be refunded to the Respondent.

Accordingly, the decision of the Court of Appeal dated 12 December 2013 is maintained in that the Company has successfully defended the Suit and the claim filed against it by Dr Mohd Adnan bin Sulaiman and Azizan bin Sulaiman.
