We refer to the announcements dated 26 July 2013, 14 August 2013, 20 September 2013 and 24 September 2013. The Company wishes to announce that the Court of Appeal today had granted a Stay of Execution of the judgment of the Johor Bahru High Court Suit No: 23NCVC-74-05/2012 dated 26 July 2013 (“Judgment”) (“Stay of Execution”) pending disposal of the appeal of the said Judgment. The Court of Appeal further ordered that the Judgment Sum inclusive of the costs and interest which are currently held in the joint solicitors account of the parties are to be maintained until the date of such appeal subject to replacing the name of the previous solicitors for the Company, “Zainal Abidin & Co” with the name of the current solicitors for the Company, “Bodipalar Ponnudurai De Silva”,.
The appeal of the decision is now fixed for hearing on 12 December 2013.
