We refer to the announcement dated 26 July 2013, 14 August 2013 and 20 September 2013. On 23 September 2013 at about 1.00 pm the Plaintiff's solicitors served an ex parte sealed copy of the order dated 23 September 2013 ("Order") to uplift the joint solicitors account held pursuant to the Conditional Interim Stay of Execution dated 13 August 2013. On even date at 4.15 pm, the Honourable Court of Appeal Judge YA Datuk Zaharah Binti Ibrahim granted an interim stay of execution of the judgement dated 26 July 2013 ("Judgement") pending disposal of the substantive motion for stay of execution of the Judgement to be heard on 24 September 2013. A hearing for the motion of stay was subsequently held by the Court of Appeal on 24 September 2013 wherein the three panel judges granted an interim stay pending disposal of the substantive motion for stay of execution of the Judgement to be heard on 30 September 2013 to enable the Plaintiffs to file an affidavit in reply to the motion. This announcement is dated 24 September 2013.
