The Company wishes to announce that the Honorable Judge Dato' Abdul Rahman bin Sebli had, on 20 September 2013, dismissed the stay application filed by the Company with costs ("Judgement").
The Company has instructed its solicitors, Messrs. Bodipalar Ponnudurai De Silva to file an appeal at the Court of Appeal against the said Judgment.
