We refer to the announcements dated 29 July 2013 and 6 September 2013 in relation to the Proposals.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of KPJ, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that the listing application to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities”) for the admission of the New Warrants to the Official List of Bursa Securities and the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares, Rights Shares, New Warrants and Additional Warrants, as well as the new KPJ Shares to be issued arising from the exercise of the New Warrants and Additional Warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Securities in relation to the Proposals have been submitted on 20 September 2013.This announcement is dated 20 September 2013.
