PROPOSED ACQUISITION BY IPOH SPECIALIST HOSPITAL SDN BHD ("ISH"), A SUBSIDIARY OF KPJ, OF 100% EQUITY IN SRI MANJUNG SPECIALIST CENTRE SDN BHD FOR A TOTAL CASH CONSIDERATION OF RM 14,250,000.00("PROPOSED ACQUISITION")
Reference is made to the announcement dated 12 September 2012 ("Earlier Announcement"). Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations use throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as those previously defined in the Earlier Announcement.
The Board of Directors of KPJ ("Board") wishes to announce that upon considering the request from the Vendors dated 1 March 2013, ISH has agreed to grant the Vendors an extension of time from 11 March 2013 until 10 June 2013 to fulfil the Conditions Precedent in the SSA. All other terms and conditions in the SSA are to remain in force.
