Reference is made to our announcement dated 26 November 2009 in relation to the Subscription Agreement entered into with Intrapreneur Development Sdn Bhd ("IDSB") for the proposed subscription of 15,369 redeemable preference shares of RM0.01 each in IDSB ("Redeemable Preference Shares" or "RPS") at an issue price of RM100 per share.

The Company wishes to announce that it had on even date entered into a Sale of Shares Agreement ("SSA") with Johor Corporation ("JCorp" or "Purchaser") for the disposal of 15,369 RPS in IDSB for a total sale consideration of RM1,536,900.
