Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 27 March 2025, 26 June 2025, 8 July 2025 and 1 August 2025 in relation to the Proposals (collectively, the “Earlier Announcements”) and the circular to shareholders of the Company dated 4 June 2025 (“Circular”). Unless otherwise stated, terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the Earlier Announcements and the Circular.

On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that the balance consideration of 95% of the Sale Consideration has been settled on 7 October 2025 and the Lease Agreements for Proposed Leaseback have been dated and are effective on even date, which marks the completion of the Proposed Sale and Leaseback.

Simultaneously, the lease of PSH Main Building has commenced today, marking the completion of the Proposed Lease Renewal.
