The Board of Directors of KPJHB wishes to announce that Rawang Specialist Hospital Sdn. Bhd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of KPJHB, had on 17 June 2025 issued 2 separate letters of acceptance to JLG & BP Design Sdn. Bhd., a 60% owned subsidiary of Damansara Assets Sdn. Bhd., which in turn is an indirect subsidiary of Johor Corporation for the following renovation works:-

1. Design, Build and Commissioning of Levels 8 and 9 (Premier Ward) at Damansara Specialist Hospital 2 for a contract sum of RM21.47 million; and
2. Design and Build (Renovation and Interior Design Works) for Lobby and Upgrading Façade of KPJ Damansara Specialist Hospital for a contract sum of RM10.50 million,

(collectively referred to as "Proposed Renovation Works").
