KPJ Healthcare Berhad ("KPJ" or the "Company") - Proposed authority for KPJ to purchase its own shares of up to 10% of the total number of issued shares of the Company ("Proposed Share Buy-Back")
The Board of Directors of KPJ wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders’ approval on the Proposed Share Buy-Back at the Company’s forthcoming 31st Annual General Meeting.
A statement containing the details of the Proposed Share Buy-Back will be published on the website of the Company and the shareholders will be notified accordingly.
