KPJ HEALTHCARE BERHAD ("KPJ" OR THE "COMPANY") - PROPOSED RENEWAL OF EXISTING SHAREHOLDERS' MANDATE FOR RECURRENT RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS OF A REVENUE OR TRADING NATURE AND PROPOSED NEW SHAREHOLDERS' MANDATE FOR ADDITIONAL RECURRENT RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS OF A REVENUE OR TRADING NATURE
The Board of Directors of KPJ wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek its shareholders’ approval for the proposed renewal of existing shareholders' mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature and proposed new shareholders' mandate for additional recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature (“Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate”) at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company.
The Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate will take effect from the date of passing of the relevant resolution at the forthcoming AGM of the Company until the conclusion of the next AGM in the year 2025.
Details of the Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate will be disclosed in a circular to shareholders of the Company which will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
