PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF THE AGED CARE BUSINESS INCLUDING ITS SELECTED EXISTING ASSETS AND LIABILITIES BY JETA GARDENS (QLD) PTY LTD AND JETA GARDENS AGED CARE (QLD) PTY LTD (COLLECTIVELY, "VENDORS"), THE SUBSIDIARIES OF KPJ TO DPG SERVICES PTY LTD
The Board of Directors of KPJ wishes to announce that the Vendors had on 12 December 2023 entered into a conditional business sale and purchase agreement with DPG Services Pty Ltd, for the proposed disposal by the Vendors of its Aged Care Business (including its selected existing assets and liabilities).
