Reference is made to the Company’s announcements on 1 March 2023 and 6 March 2023 in relation to the Proposed Disposal ("Earlier Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Earlier Announcements.
The Board of KPJ wishes to announce that the conditions precedent as stipulated in the SSA have been fulfilled in accordance with the terms of the SSA, and the completion of the Proposed Disposal has occurred on 18 September 2023.
