We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 27 June 2023 and 22 August 2023 in relation to the Lease Renewal (“Announcements”) and the circular to the shareholders of KPJ in relation to the Lease Renewal dated 31 July 2023 (“Circular”). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions set out in the Announcements and Circular shall apply in this announcement.

On behalf of the Board, Affin Hwang IB wishes to announce that the conditions precedent as stipulated in the Lease Agreements have been fulfilled on 25 August 2023 and the Lease Agreements have been dated on even date, marking the completion of the process for the Lease Renewal. The renewed lease arrangement under the Lease Agreements will commence on 1 October 2023.
