Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 13 September 2022, 27 January 2023, 21 March 2023, 12 April 2023, 17 April 2023 and 1 June 2023 in relation to the Proposed Disposal (“Earlier Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Earlier Announcements.
On behalf of the Board of KPJ, based on the confirmation by Jeta Gardens solicitor today, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that the Balance Consideration has been settled on 23 June 2023.
In this regard, the Proposed Disposal is deemed to have been completed on 23 June 2023.
