Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 13 September 2022, 27 January 2023, 21 March 2023, 12 April 2023 and 17 April 2023 in relation to the Proposed Disposal (“Earlier Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Earlier Announcements.
On behalf of the Board of KPJ, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that the parties to the CCLB have reached an agreement to further extend the settlement of the Balance Consideration from 31 May 2023 to 7 June 2023. This extension will provide the Board of Jeta Gardens with additional time to consider relevant matters related to the agreement.
