The Board of Directors of KPJ wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek its shareholders’ approval for the proposed renewal of the existing shareholders’ mandate for RRPT of revenue or trading nature (“Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate”) at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company.

The Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate will take effect from the date of passing of the relevant resolution at the forthcoming AGM of the Company until the conclusion of the next AGM in the year 2024.

Details of the Proposed Shareholders’ Mandate will be disclosed in a circular to shareholders of the Company which will be made available to shareholders together with the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year ended 31 December 2022 in due course.
