Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 2 September 2022 in relation to the Proposed Sale and Leaseback (“Earlier Announcement”), the circular to shareholders of the Company dated 22 November 2022 (“Circular”) and the announcement dated 12 December 2022 in relation to the resolutions set out in the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting contained in the Circular. Unless otherwise stated, terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the Earlier Announcement and/or the Circular.

On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that the balance consideration of 95% of the Sale Consideration has been settled on 23 December 2022 and the Lease Agreements have been dated and effective on even date, which marks the completion of the Proposed Sale and Leaseback.
