Further to KPJ’s earlier announcement dated 12 November 2010 in relation to the submission of Point Zone’s application to the Securities Commission (“SC”) on 12 November 2010 in respect of Point Zone’s Proposed ICP/IMTN Programme, on behalf of the Board of Directors of KPJ, Affin Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that SC has approved Point Zone’s Proposed ICP/IMTN Programme on 27 December 2010.
