Reference is made to the announcements by AmInvestment Bank Berhad (“AmInvestment Bank”) on behalf of KPJ in relation to the Proposed Lease Renewal dated 6 April 2021 (“Earlier Announcement”) and the circular to the shareholders of KPJ in relation to the Proposed Lease Renewal dated 21 May 2021. (“Circular”). Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as those previously defined in the Earlier Announcements and Circular.

On behalf of KPJ, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that the Conditions in the Lease Agreements have been fulfilled and all the Lease Agreements have been signed and dated 22 June 2021, marking the completion of the Proposed Lease Renewal.  The Lease Agreements will commence on 30 June 2021.
