On behalf of the Board of Directors of KPJ (“Board”), AmInvestment Bank Berhad (“AmInvestment Bank”), wishes to announce that the subsidiaries of KPJ proposes to enter into 6 separate lease agreements with AmanahRaya Trustees Berhad (“ART” or “Lessor”), being the trustee for and on behalf of Al-`Aqar Healthcare REIT (“Al-`Aqar” or “REIT”) and Damansara REIT Managers Sdn Berhad (“DRMSB”), being the manager of Al-`Aqar to renew the lease of the Properties (“Proposed Lease Renewal”).
