Reference is made to the 17th Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of KPJ Healthcare Berhad ("KPJ" or "the Company") which was dispatched to the Shareholders of the Company on 7 May 2010.
The Board of the Company wishes to inform that an additional paragraph has been inserted in the Notice of 17th AGM under Explanatory Notes on Special Business, item (f) of which the details are as per Attachment.
