We refer to the announcement made on 6 January 2010 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition.
The Company wishes to announce that the parties to the Agreements have mutually agreed to extend the period for the fulfillment of the conditions precedent in respect of the SSA for another six (6) months until 5 October 2010.
Unless otherwise stated, defined terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the announcement dated 6 January 2010.
