The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 25 November 2009 entered into a subscription agreement ("Subscription Agreement") with Intrapreneur Development Sdn Bhd (formerly known as JCorp Property Management Sdn Bhd) ("Fund") for the proposed subscription of 50,000 redeemable preference shares of RM0.01 each in Intrapreneur Development Sdn Bhd at an issue price of RM100.00 each.
