We refer to the announcement dated 29 July 2009 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition.
The Board of Directors of KPJ (“Board of Directors”) wishes to announce that the KPJSB has novated the Sale and Purchase Agreement in relation to the Proposed Acquisition to a wholly-owned subsidiary company, Ipoh Radiotherapy Sdn Bhd.
The Board of Directors also wishes to announce that the Proposed Acquisition is completed on 17 November 2009.
