We refer to our earlier announcement dated 1 October 2009 and Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad’s query letter dated 5 October 2009.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of KPJ (“Board”), AmInvestment Bank Berhad (a member of AmInvestment Bank Group) wishes to inform that in relation to the exercise price of the warrants, the Board has not decided on the quantum of discount, if any, on the theoretical ex-all price based on the 5-day weighted average market price prior to the price fixing date.

The maximum quantum of discount, if any, will be determined and announced by the Board at a later date and is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company.

This announcement is dated 6 October 2009.
