The Board of Directors of KPJ ("Board") wishes to announce that the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, KPJSB, had on 29 July 2009 entered into a conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA") with the Vendor for the proposed acquisition of a partially completed building ("Bandar Baru Klang Medical Centre Building") for a csh consideration of RM38,000,000 ("Purchase Consideration").
