Reference is made to the announcements dated 29 April 2009, 30 March 2009 and 25 February 2009 in relation to the Proposed Distribution.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of KPJ, AmInvestment Bank Berhad (a member of the AmInvestment Bank Group), is pleased to announce that the distribution by way of dividend-in-specie has been completed today, following the crediting of a total of 48,229,255 units of Al-`Aqar KPJ REIT into the accounts of the shareholders of KPJ today.
