Puteri Nursing College Sdn Bhd ("PNC"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kumpulan Perubatan (Johor) Sdn Bhd ("KPJSB", which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of KPJ Healthcare Berhad ("KPJ") has on 4 June 2008 entered into a conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement ("SPA") with I & P Permodalan Harta Sdn Bhd in respect of the acquisition by PNC or its nominee as defined in the SPA ("Nominee"), to acquire the following four (4) parcels of land for a total purchase consideration of RM26,000,000:-
(a) All that piece of vacant freehold land held under H.S.(D) 180299 PT No. 29558, Mukim of Labu, District of Seremban, State of Negeri Sembilan measuring approximately 15,449.2 square metres which is equivalent to approximately 4.14 acres;
(b) All that piece of freehold land held under H.S.(D) 180301 PT No. 29560, Mukim of Labu, District of Seremban, State of Negeri Sembilan measuring approximately 6,558.5 square metres which is equivalent to approximately 1.62 acres;
(c) All that piece of freehold land held under H.S.(D) 189780 PT No. 7, Town of Bandar Baru Kota Sri Mas, District of Seremban, State of Negeri Sembilan measuring approximately 1.2665 hectares which is equivalent to approximately 3.12 acres; and
(d) All that piece of vacant freehold land held under H.S.(D) 189781 PT No. 8, Town of Bandar Baru Kota Sri Mas, District of Seremban, State of Negeri Sembilan measuring approximately 5.6738 hectares which is equivalent to approximately 14.03 acres
