on the basis of seven (7) units for every hundred (100) ordinary shares of RM1.00 each held in KPJ
by way of a Dividend-in-Specie .

Remarks:

Subject to the approval of the Bursa Shares Depository Sdn Bhd (Bursa Depository) for the transfer of
securities via bulk transfer method, the distribution of 7 Al-`Aqar KPJ REIT units for every 100 ordinary
shares of RM1.00 each in KPJ will be credited into the entitled shareholders' account maintained by
Bursa Depository within eight (8) market days from the book closure date of 3 December 2007.
