We refer to our announcement dated 10 April 2007 on the proposed disposal of 70% equity interest in HTS.

The Company is pleased to announce that the transfer of the 70% equity interest of HTS from KPJSB to DBHD has been succesfully executed today, 5 July 2007 and the disposal is now completed.
