(a) Warrant reserve is a reserve created based arising from the fair value of the right issue discount. When the warrants
are exercised, the related amounts are transferred to share premium. When the warrants are not exercised and lapse,
the related warrant reserve is transferred to retained earnings.
(b) The difference between the issue price and the nominal value of shares issued that arose from a merger was classified
as merger reserve.
(c) Exchange reserve is used to record exchange differences arising from the translation of financial statements of
subsidiaries/associate whose functional currency differs from the Group’s presentation currency.
(d) Revaluation reserve (non-distributable).
