Non-Executive Non-Independent Director
Zulki i Ibrahim, aged 55, was appointed to the Board of KPJ on 1 January 2014. He is
also the Chairman of the KPJ Tender Board Committee. He is currently the Senior Vice
President/Chief Operating Officer of Johor Corporation.
He is a Fellow of the ACCA, United Kingdom and a member of the Malaysian Institute
of Accountants since 1992.
After serving various companies in the private sector since his graduation in 1983,
he joined JCorp Group in 1990 as the Financial Controller of Sindora Berhad. In 1996,
he was appointed as the Managing Director of Antara Steel Mills Sdn Bhd until 2000
before joining PJB Paci c Capital Group in 2001 as the Chief Operating Of cer. He
joined Kulim as the Chief Operating Of cer in 2003. He is also the Chairman and
Director of several other companies within the JCorp Group.
