The disclosure of realised and unrealised earnings above is solely for compliance with the directive issued by the

The total retained earnings of the Company as at 31 December 2011 amounting to RM18,722,000 (31 December
2010: RM459,000) is fully realised.

(c) Proposed Acquisition by Kumpulan Perubatan (Johor) Sdn Bhd
On 23 March 2012, Kumpulan Perubatan (Johor) Sdn Bhd (“KPJSB”), proposed to purchase 80% equity interest
in PT Khidmat Perawatan Jasa Medika (“PT KPJ Medika”) for a total cash consideration of RM15,840,000
(“Proposed Acquisition”) from Johor Corporation.
The Proposed Acquisition is expected to be completed within a month from the date of acceptance.
43. Comparatives
(a) The presentation and classification of items in the current year financial statements have been consistent
with the previous mnancial year except that certain comparative amounts have been reclassimed to conform
with current year’s presentation.
(b) The comparative mgures have been audited by a mrm of chartered accountants other than Ernst & Young.

The following analysis of realised and unrealised retained earnings is prepared pursuant to Paragraph 2.06 and
2.23 of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Listing Requirements and in accordance with the Guidance on Special
Matter No. 1 - Determination of Realised and Unrealised Promt or Losses as issued by the Malaysian Institute of
Accountants. This disclosure is based on the format prescribed by Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
