There is no material contract by the Company and its subsidiary companies, involving Directors’ and major shareholders’ interest substituting at the end of the fnancial year.

10. Recurrent related party transactions statement

At Annual General Meeting (AGM) held 31 May 2010, the Company obtained a shareholders’ mandate to allow the Group to enter into recurrent related party transactions of revenue or trading nature with the following parties:
